• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce specialist profiles or platform content.
• Not use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Keep your contact information current and respond to communications in a timely manner.

4. No Employment Guarantee

Submitting an interview request or adding specialists to your cart does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of employment, engagement, or availability. All engagements are subject to separate agreements between AnyEmp and the client. Specialist availability may change at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the AnyEmp platform — including specialist profiles, descriptions, pricing information, logos, and design — is the property of AnyEmp or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AnyEmp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AnyEmp in the 12 months preceding the claim.
