Through the booking form
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Preferred date and time for an interview
This data is used solely to schedule interviews via Google Calendar and to contact you regarding your request.
Through analytics (with your consent)
- Pages visited and time spent
- Filters and search queries used
- Employee profiles viewed
- Interactions with the booking flow
- Browser type, device type, approximate location (country/region)
Analytics data is collected only after you provide explicit consent via the cookie banner.
3. Third-Party Services
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — behavioral analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC under their privacy policy. Used only with your consent.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — tag management system for loading analytics scripts.
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to understand user behavior. Used only with your consent.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 — spam protection on the booking form. Google may collect IP address and browser fingerprint for bot detection.
- Google Calendar API — used to create interview events and send email invitations.
4. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary — theme preference, currency selection. These are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Active only after you click “Accept All” in the cookie banner.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us. After withdrawal, analytics cookies will no longer be set on new visits.
5. Data Retention
- Booking form data (name, email, phone) — retained for up to 12 months for correspondence purposes.
- Google Analytics data — retained for 14 months (default GA4 retention setting).
- Microsoft Clarity recordings — retained for 30 days.
